Rotation of dancers, and days off are handled by our Dance Captain, Tanith Williams. Dance styles are varied and in 2025 included Parisian Showgirl, skins work, musical theatre, Irish and precision kick-line work. Any special skill such as Irish will always be taught during the rehearsal process, no prior knowledge is required. All our artistes are versatile, with a positive attitude. They should enjoy working as part of a strong united team, where all members are equally valued. Our numbers do not have solo or lead dancers. They will be required to wear full costume and full skins. Once performances start there are two a day, seven days a week. Given the frequency of performances, they have to know their stamina and how to pace themselves accordingly, though we schedule one day off every 8-10 days.
