Award-winning Burnt Lemon Theatre are looking for:

- an electric Actress/Singer of Japanese Heritage for a new musical

SUMMARY
Burnt Lemon Theatre present stage production 'TOKYO ROSE' at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe in association with New Diorama Theatre and Underbelly (UNTAPPED Award 2019).
More dates to be announced.

An ensemble of 5 women tell the true story of Iva d'Aquino, the infamous 'Tokyo Rose', in a rap-packed new musical.

There will be a  weekly fee of £350. Travel and accommodation will be provided during the Edinburgh run.

ROLE
- Gieko/Ensemble (female)
An electrifying role, playing several different characters - the catalysts behind Iva's immense journey back to America.
The role will include ensemble story-telling.
We need a confinement singer and mover.
Great deviser and collaborator.

We are actively looking for an actor of Japanese Heritage

American - Standard accent required
Playing age: 18-35
Appearance: Japanese
